At Discover Yorkshire Tours & Guides Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital travel guides, national park tour maps, course enrollments, and concierge itinerary services. This policy sets out your rights to cancel orders and receive refunds under UK consumer protection laws.

2. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

• Digital Content (PDF Travel Guides & Audio Guides): If you request immediate digital download or access during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will be waived once digital delivery commences. If you have not commenced download or stream, you remain entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days.
• Bespoke Itinerary Planning & Concierge Services (£99 Premium Itinerary): If we begin customized research or itinerary drafting at your explicit request within the cooling-off window, a proportionate charge for work already executed prior to cancellation will apply.
• Online Masterclasses & Educational Courses: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the course modules have been accessed.

3. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Products

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a digital guide or course file is defective, corrupted, or substantially inaccurate, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
